Check for more vacuum leaks, also other sources of this code, the MAF is bad, maybe from being cooked by the flapper door malfunction, low fuel pressure. Check for air leakage around the rubber air intake, the hose fittings, look for cracks in the rubber snorkel.

How does it idle? smooth, rough or in between? Gas mileage, driveability?

well believed or not the idle is ok,betwen 700 to 750 rpm,no misfire,i dont see any black smoke coming from the muffler in idle,in mileage i dont know,i know with the full tank the car run 325 to 350 miles(full tank to empty).now i ask this,if the car has too rich mixture,that mean the car need more air for the gas/air mixture,so if the car has a vacuum leak not suppose the mixture is in lean condition,and if is the maf sensor,i need died buy a volvo original part or the sensor come in a cheaper version,ohhh i almost forgot,what do you think about the coolant sensor,this sensor can put my car on the rich condition,thanks for your help,ill check vacuum lines again today,i lei you know,

 

Yeah, it is counter intuitive, I believe since computers are managing the engine, rich and lean is not like it was with carburetors , but an intake leak will cause a rich condition because the computer compensates for the 02 sensor telling it is lean, which makes it too rich, a leak in the exhaust side, before the 02 sensor will cause a lean condition.

You can test the coolant sensor by disconnecting it, it will give a code, but the computer program will compensate from a missing temp signal from a cold start by using time, after 10-15 minutes it sends the signal that it is at operating temp. If the other codes don't appear then you are on to something.

Is there a label under the hood? I believe mine did at one time, it has since come unglued.

Trying to down load a pdf I have of the hoses.

Hope this helps, it does not appear to be the 6 cylinder engine though. But it might still help.

thanks for the vacuum diagram,ok i check all vacuum lines and i replace the one look suspicious,well i never see a car with a pieces of rubber in the intake manifold,before so i spray carv cleaner onto that rubbers and the engine start to shake on cil 3,4 and 6,this is common on that vehicles or this mean theres the air leak,if the leak is from the the intake is a expensive job,and how much time you need to do the job,i mean you can do it in one day or you need more days,i hope that fix my car,i love it,well let me know please,and thanks

 

A leaking intake gasket is not uncommon, there are red gaskets that are known to turn bad and cause leaks, then volvo upgrade and the new gaskets are green in color, they may last a lifetime.

dan im a little confuse,ok the air leak is from the intake gasket or is from the intake sleeve(rubber).

 

It could be from either, check the rubber snorkel for cracks and proper sealing. The intake gasket is another possibility, one that volvo had a problem with the red colored gaskets. Look and see if you have a red one, if so, that is most likely your problem. There are some diagnostic procedures to help with finding an intake leak, starting fluid, propane gas from small torch.
