Hi:
just purchased a certified 2020 XC90 and my XM is pathetic at best. It fades out whenever I go near trees and very little vegetation, sometimes in a clearing. I keep getting the "weak reception" appearing on the radio screen. My other vehicle does not do this and when I brought the XC90 in to fix this, they "renewed" my subscription which didn't fix anything. The dealer had the hood open but never looked at the antenna or the connections...
Is this common for the weak reception? Should I have the dealer actually perform an inspection of the antenna and radio connections?
A little frustrated here, any help?
