Recently a notice that when its cold outhere the problem still there, and when its warmer the whipper motor work like a new ???

bizzarre ???6 is it a lubrification problem ???

Of not too late :
worned aluminum cage. look for any crack in plastic protectors. If water went into wiper arm, aluminium gets coroded and eventualy jams the wiper thus burning the motor if your not acting rapidly. My 855 turbo wagon had the same at 285K . Remove the big platsic, unmount the whole assy, lube both arms, and try it back.
