Where is the Fuel filter in the 850 turbo?

Oh, and also i was trying to change a boot CVJ on my Drivers side, well i had to take the bearing and carrier out (also pulled it from the tranny) and could still not get the CV joint out. any tricks on this? Oh, TECH and or ampgbear (sp?) if you read this its a 36 mm socket. thanks in advance

Look at the undercarriage for the fuel filter. It is in front of the fuel tank. If you need to replace it, it would be best to lift the car up. It is also quite straightforward, but be careful of fuel spurts and smears!

Err, sorry I can't help you on the CV joint. I havent had the chance of changing one yet.


Hope Tech or someone else can help.

i actually had to get it pressed out. they charged me like 30, but it was worth it. the rechased the threads i messed up while trying to hammer it out and replaced my boot.

yeah, the fuel filter was pretty easy, but i still managed to get gas all over me.
