Volvo c70 2007 the roof does not work

hello, I have a volvo c70 from 2007 and I can't open it, when I press the button it doesn't do anything and nothing appears, I want to mention that when I bought it and I wanted to open it, it kept telling me low battery, after some time I I wanted to open it again and it still didn't appear and didn't do anything, I removed the plug from the buttons and put it back and it worked, but now it doesn't want to either, can you please tell me what's wrong??
