First you will have to jack up the car and see which wheel/wheels are stuck.It could be the emergancy brake or a stuck caliper.
Volvo 240 won't move - emergency brake stuck?
My 1990 Volvo 240 was moving fine a week or so ago. The next time I went to move my car, I was suddenly getting a great deal of resistence as if something were stuck in the wheel - perhaps the emergency brake. I am trying to sell the car, and one of the prospective buyers did pull the brake. Could he have caused it to break and get stuck? How can I fix this? Please help!
