A turbo engine is an exhaust driven forced induction system. The exhaust drives the turbo which forces more air into the engine making more power.Faster acceleration.Fuel injection is very economical and puts certain amount of fuel into each cylinder according to conditions and making it more efficiant.
Simply put, it is like comparing a 3 speed bicycle to a 15 speed cycle. More power on demand. Fuel injection simply replaced carburation as it is, as the Tech said, much more efficient. As you become more cofortable with your turbo driven car, you will enjoy these enhancements. Good luck
