all. Hope you can help. S60 2006 2.4d. Ran out of fuel the other day. Managed to refuel and restart but I have an error, engine system service required. It drives very slowly almost as if the turbo isn't working. I've replaced the fuel filter but no joy. Any ideas. I've bled the high pressure fuel as it was bubling when I unscrewed the 5 fuel nuts at the top of the engine. (High pressure fuel rail)

not sure its related but may be time to do the simple checks,air filter the fuel filter youve done mass airflow sensore and finaly suction controll valve semi lubricated buy diesel a verry hard working little module dealing out portions of diesel may de accessify worn or just cloged with dirt from the bottom of the tank you did run it dry?
