I am about to get a 2005 Volvo within the next month, I like better the looks of the S40 but obviously the S60 is one step above.
Can any one tell me which car is better knowing that the S40 has improvements on design and features.
What are the pros and cons of one and other?

S60 has rough ride. turning circle of a Boeing 747 and dead steering. Interior on mine has rattled from day 1. I think new S40 has resolved a lot of issues from S60 - got to be the one to go for.

I would go with the S40 also they are a dream compaired to the S60.
The 2004.5 that is!!

2005 S40 T5 is it. test drove one and fell in love the first time.

They are nice aren't they.I had the privilage to drive one about 70 miles and loved it.
