In the UK the code is hand written in the service book from new by the dealer. So unless you have that book I believe it is a trip to the dealer and do not forget your registration documents.

Hello! After I changed the battery , my radio went into Safe mode. Does anyone know where I can generate my unlock code? You think that you can do that online or i have to take the car to a dealership? Thank you!
