The instructions are given in the handbook of the vehicle and if you follow all the steps you can do it easily. Other wise you can get it programmed from any dealer and it will cost you around 50$ to 70$

I have a 99 C70. I lost remote for its keyless controle and recenlty purchased a new remote. Now i want to programe the new remorte how can i do it, Please comon with ur suggestion.
