I have a 2017(Early) D5 AWD (not sure if model makes any difference, I have been on the Volvo site, and downloaded the maps for the UK. I have used a 32GB datastick fromatted in fat32 as per their instructions, used the download program, checked the download (which passed OK) yet when I insert the datastick in, nothing happens when I switch to NAV?
I have noticed the files come down zipped and are all put onto the stick ok (including) the .inf file, but can't understand what is wrong?
Any ideas please.

I am having similar issues here in US trying to update my North America maps. Was hoping some posts on here would help. Sorry I cannot be of assistance. However if you found the solution would you please share. Thanks
