The problem I am having is that the passenger side window sometimes will not operate. I guess my real question is how does the door panel come off without destroying it. Once I get that off I can check for loose wires. If anyone has any ideas as to how to diagnose this problem I would really apprieciate it. Mak

Pull the trim ring off of around the inner door handle.Then remove the little cover in the inner grab handle to close the door.Then remove the t-25 screw and then pull the door panel to remove.Do it carefully the glue is coming loose and the panels will come apart in places.

Your window switch might be bad.
Also if the switch isn't bad then check the wiring between the body of the car and the door for loose wires.Also make sure the plastic ring is intact and holding the wiring together tight.
