I lost my brother a couple of years ago and he was a dedicated Volvo aficionado. (In fact, he was an electrical engineer who used to design speaker systems and Volvo sent him a C70 Coupe before they were available here to drive around and evaluate the speaker system. He was driving around Austin turning a lot of heads because no one had seen one before.)
Anyway, he had a brand new, still-in-the-box dashboard (it says "Panel Cover") and I am looking for advice on how to find someone who can use it. The part number is 9479269 and I've attached a couple of pictures. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide. (Hope this isn't against the rules.)
