I just got this 98volvo S60 the car gives me knocking sound at the rear end while taking any turn or while crossing any jump wht could b there. Actually this is my first time i am keeping a Car

Hi

You need to check your Cars tail pipe is it hanging loose. Move it left, right, up and down to check if it hitting against the car's body.

I have checked the tail pipe of my S60 and it is really hanging loose. Then I checked another cars exhaust pipe (tail pipe) and it is much rigid than my car. Now what should I do.

If you are in the UK simply got to STS or Kwikfit and they will change the rubber bands that hold the pipe in its place - normally they wont even charge for it.
They did replace a couple of bands free on my old S40 - On my new S60 it does not even move (the pipe).
