I am a new 2004.5 S40 owner. This is my first Volvo, if you don't count the 1979 Volvo station wagon I had when I was 16, and I love this car. I checked them all out before buying. From BMW, Lexus to Audi but there is just something about that new S40.

Anyways...if anybody has any info about mods for the 2004.5 S40 that would be great.

There isn't much from the aftermarket yet.Volvo has alot of body mods and accessories for the 2004.5. Check with your local dealer
