Hi

New to this forum, actually tying to help out my father who has blown the fuse that controls all the interior lights and door locking mechanism :-(

Anybody know the location of the fuse, or is it a fuse piggy back on a relay

Thanks for any information that may help

( car is V40 1998 )

From looking at my S40/V40 handbook, try the fusebox in the engine compartment (behind the air filter housing), fuses 8 &/or 9 might be worth a look first. Would stress that my handbook is for a UK right-hand drive 2002 model!

If fuses are the same, you may need to first pull up the yellow fuseholder (transport fuse) by hand and then use the special fuse tool to remove these fuses.

Attention - BEFORE you pull up the yellow transport fuse holder, make sure that you know the radio code and how to input it!!!

Bon chance mon ami.
