Fuel Pump Relay Fuse Location

I have scoured all the forums and seen many inquiries about this, but nothing has pointed me to where I can find the fuel pump relay fuse on my '05 XC70. I have checked the fuse box under the hood, and the one on the side of the dashboard and under the steering wheel and in the back cargo area. I have seen online pics of it located under the steering wheel, but mine has only small normal fuses there. The diagram of the fuse box under the hood describes an "under side" which lists a 40A fuse associated with the fuel pump, FFM2. Where in the heck is this "under side". Any help would be appreciated.
