I have a 1995 Volvo 960 Wagon, it has about 118K miles on it. Everything else works great and runs great except the I'm having some problems with the front end suspension components, to be honest I don't really know what is wrong with it. Let me explain, when I drive my car and apply the brakes, the front wheels seem to move back a little bit. Maybe an inch or less. It is noticable and I can feel it through the steering wheel. It is more noticing if you apply the brakes to a complete stop then let go of the brakes, you can really see it if you have other shiney car right next to you. It happens to both driver side and passenger side. I have had the control arm bushings replaced (both sides) and also balljoint. They were bad (I looked at them), I was told that after replacing these parts, the car should run as normal, but it does not. Does anybody have an idea what causes this please help me out. Thank you.
