Hi,

I drive a 1984 Volvo 240GL (Auto). Just wondering what are the advantages of electrical grounding. I see these grounding wires being sold in most car accessory shops and they look easy to use. If I were to do the grounding for my car, would it be advised? Will I be able to feel any differences to my car when driving it? Also, what are the points that I should ground?
Thanks in advance.

They might just be replacement ground wires.
It might help some but you won't notice anything.
If anything it will just prevent a problem in the future if one of the factory grounds go bad.

are you talking about grounding to "the road" to stop car sickness

the whole car is at ground via that thick black wire from negative on battery to the side of the donk

I think you are talking a grounding strap [used to be popular in 1950s]
