You have to remove the rear seat.I forget if it is bolted in or if it just pulls up.
The seatbelt is bolted to the floor.

I think you will have to remove the cover in the back window as well as the back seat.The reel part should bolt under the cover and the other end should bolt under the seat.

I could be wrong.
