Hi all
I was just given a Volvo CD changer. I have it mounted and plugged in to the din plug that goes to the radio. I can't seem to locate a 12v feed for it. I hesatate to tie into a 12v source and the correct source may turn off and on with the radio.
I have a 94 850. Any ideas?

Where are you mounting it?If you are mounting it in the trunk most of the time you can tap into the trunk light wiring. You should have constant 12V to the changer so you can eject the magazine whenthe car is off.I believe you can also find a switched 12v source in the trunk as well.

I thought about the trunk light but was worried it might have a switch that only powered it when the trunk was open. Once again good advice.
Thank you.

If i remember right when i did mine it came with a plug that connected to the electric aerial, but the estates dont have them. So if you have a saloon you can get the wiring harness from Volvo.
