1982 245 wont move. Jacked up and found wheels not able to be turned. What to do? Master cylinder? Brake booster? Have firm brake pedal and fluid checks ok. Car has sat unused for some time.
Any ideas?

pads rusted to the discs, or shoes rusted to the drums (parking brake) if sitting for a long time parking brake should be left off, step 1 remove and service brakes, check pads, check pistons move. step 2 would be looking for blocked brake lines (crack the bleed nipples and see if fluid comes out when the pedal is depressed - if it does the problem is generally in the calliper
