Hey again everyone, well here is a small problem that I just encountered. Put a new a/c Blower Motor in my 94 850, and now it seems that when I turn the switch to high (4) it cuts off all together. 1,2,3 settings work great, but nothing at 4. I mean the entire blower motor stops. So does anyone have any ideas what might be happening? Could it be the resistor? And if it is how do I change it out. Hey thanks for the other info on unplugging my A/C drain, worked great and now everything is flowing great.

Thanks,

Mike

You need to check the wiring.Fan speed 1,2,3 go throught the resistor.Fan speed 4 is full 12 Volts for high fan speed.
You need to check the wiring from the switch to the fan motor.

Hey Volvo people, well I figured out my problem about my blower motor not working on hi (4), the fuse was blown.
Much cheaper than taking it to my mechanic.
