Hi, I have had a problem on the ABS System after having a friend jump starting my car (A 1992 940 B230FB equipped with a Bosch ABS System) and inverting + and - (grrr...). The fault code (1.2.2) says that it is a right sensor failure, but after inverting the sensors, It still remains and I cannot erase it.

It looks like it might be the ABS ECU (if there is one).
Does anyone know where the ABS ECU is ?
or have ideas for solving the problem ?
(my Volvo garage although volvo specialist won't hear about it...)

Its been a long time since I have had an abs problem on a 940.The module is either under the hood by the ABS pump or it is under the drivers side under teh dash.I don't remember if the 940 has it but the 740's with abs had a relay under the dash on the drivers side under the dash that has a fuse in it that would sometimes blow from jump starting. You can look and see if your car has it.
