2017 xc90 momentum squealing noise will not dissipate

Hi everyone. I’m looking to see if anyone has had the same issue as I have. It seems the replacement of the oil trap and diaphragm solved the problem of the squealing for everyone except me. After replacement of this part I am still having the same issue. If I remove the oil cap like everyone, the noise stops. I have checked the new diaphragm and it’s in brand new shape. Suction from inside that makes the cap snug back in place. Is there anything that I may be missing ?
