It seems that No Matter where I've looked online, and I mean everywhere, No One has any Info on the location of this thermostat, or any information on how to change it, any help here would be greatly appreciated.

as you are looking at the motor, it is front left side below valve cover.

No prob, one of the easier jobs on the V8. Most repairs are quite the pain on this vehicle. I have done a lot with mine, so feel free to ask about any other repairs.
