Hi all
Have need to change timing belt on 97 v40 2.0
First of all is there clearance between valves and pistons, (broke literally whilst cranking)
Also where can one obtain a diagram for re-alignment of the cams and crank wheels and are any special tools required. Have extensive experience of belt changing in past but on transits and bedford cf's from the early eighties so hopefully it shouldn't be beyond scope.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers
Col

If your belt broke it does bend valves. If not then change it soon or it might break if it has cracks in it.
