THIS work is for a car not fitted with an air bag, to repair your horn ,you will need a 17mm socket to fit the bolt to remove your steering wheel ,electrical cleaner and electrical paint, place the wheels dead ahead now hands on the centre trim on your wheel, and pull back now remove the bolt holding the wheel on now look under your wheel you will see the earth contact , that may need cleaned, now look on the electrical horn contact ring that will need cleaned with electrical cleaner but is very worn may need electrical paint on its surface now check your work with a tester, check the wiring from the horn to the multi plug there may be rust in the multi plug spray with WD 40 and electrical cleaner. as that can effect your horn.i have found this to be my case very hard to get it to come apart keep soaking it with electrical cleaner ,you will find the horn start to work but keep cleaning it to then take it apart and clean off the rust.

i have repaired my car i found the trouble was 1st rotted wiring had to cut the both wires back about 4 inches then fit spade connection both male and female found rusted horns, so got set of horns in a breakers yard with 12 inch of wire spraying electrical cleaner on the multi plug six times over three days due to rust ,my horn is now perfect very loud .
