Help I just bought this c70 convertible and my son stuck the cd case in the player with cd in it. I can't get it out. I press eject and it makes some noise and then... nothing happens!! Help. Thanks!!! Amee

Remove the radio from the dashboard, than remove the top of the radio and gently push in the CD. It has happened to me with the lens cleaning CD.
