My S90 has an intermittant engine shudder. The Volvo Service deparment says it doesn't show up on the computer. It may happen every 3 or 4 days when I am waiting for a traffice light to change. Any suggestions?

Mine does the same thing! My service guy says the same. It could be vapour lock inj the fuel lines? But it happens just for a second or two...

First check for any cracked or disconnected vacume lines. Second, add a can of moisture inhibitor to your tank. You may have too much moisture in the fuel line/tank. Also try putting about 1/2 tank full of High Octane gas in the tank. Once in a while, they do get thirsty for the good stuff

Never buy your gas early morning especially if the weather is cool and moist.
