The three words we love to hear aren't "I Love You" but "It's under warranty"!!!!! Female Volvo owners beware - if it's not under warranty find yourself a mechanic who is honest and trustworthy and who doesn't want to retire on your service bill. I bought a 2001 S40 with 44,000 km and my warranty has run out but I have finally found an honest/trustworthy/knowledgeable mechanic and I'm still lovin' my Volvo but lovin' my new mechanic more. Wanted to own a Volvo since I was a teenager and hope to as they say "drive one for life" but if I hadn't finally found my new mechanic I'm not sure I could have afforded myself and my Volvo. Anyway - advice is great because it's free so hope you will take mine and find that perfect guy to go with your perfect car!!
