Hi just found your website - hope I am using right protocal. Still haven't found my way around your site yet.

I cannot tilt front pasengers' seat and hence gain access to rear. Because of this I thought I would remove the front seat to investigate further. It could be a cable problem but nervous about pssibility of inadvertently setting off the SIPS system which I believe is set into side of front seats.

Otherwise electrics on passenger's seat fine with button and heated seat

you need to be very very careful here, behind the moulding for the power seat controls is the SIPS module, there is a red orangey plastic thingo that you can put in place to stop from setting off the airbag, however you still need to be very careful. I wouldn't recommend removing the seat due to SIPS, as im sure you know refitting an airbag is a costly affair.
