Hi Folk's Has anybody experienced with the central locking on 2001 V40?.
The car lock's as per normal with key or fob (or you think its locked) but you can open the drivers door only.If you leave it a few minutes minutes the alarm goes of is this a common fault if so then the locking is pretty useless because i just tried the door by accident and it opened (just the drivers all others stayed locked)!!.
How do you take the door panel off without breaking it?

Sounds like your doo lock is bad.Look for little round covers on your door panel.Remove the little covers and there are screws under there to remove the door panel.
