I'm ordering some headlamps from Sweden, just as I'm about to complete the order the guy sends me an email saying the headlamps are only rated for off-road use. So I ask him to clarify, and this is what he sends. Anyone know what it means? Can I or can't I use these lights on the street. I sooo dont wanna spend $600 on some lights that I cant use.

Dear Sir

I talked to the company who are selling these headlights. The headlights are not SAE-DOT marked, they are only E-marked. So if they should be mounted on a car in the US they can only be used OFF-ROAD.

Best regards

I think they might be like in Europe. In Europe should be used asymmetrical lights. Those in USA should have line of light straight. In Europe on the right side of the road is more lighten.

ECode headlight glass is a great replacement for your stock lenses.
