Any suggestions on how to get the rear section of the top to unlatch?....the dealer can't get into the motor/sensors to recalibrate because they can't get the top to go up or down(manually or electronically).

It's worked perfectly. was putting up the top, when the rear section went to latch, it caught but I had to manually close it the last inch or so with the tool volvo provides...Read some of the earlier posts and took it right to the dealer.

They can't unlatch it manually to open the hatch so they can diagnose.

Thanks for any help.

The thought has crossed my mind...I can't belive that Volvo would design a system that can't be overridden or unbolted...Thanks for the advice...I'll post the outcome just in case it happens to someone else.
