| Abs And Tracs Off Lights |

The other day, I was driving and the 2 lights came on at the same time (ABS and TRACS OFF). I had no idea what was going on, I didnt notice them come on so I don't know how long they had been on, but after about 5 minutes they went out.
Tonight, I pulled into a parking pace and put the car into park and the lights came on. I turned the car off, and cranked it again, the lights were still on. I drove from the store, to my home (about 2 minutes away) and the lights were still on. Does anyone know what this may mean? What might trigger these lights? Thanks for any input. |

your ABS module will probably need to be rebuilt, its a common issue on these models, im getting mine done tomorrow... hope it works!

i paid $450 AUD, there isnt alot of places that I know of down here that do it, and the dude I trusted the car with is a well known volvo expert in Australia. Anyway its all done and as expected works fine, lights off, I was a bit surprised when we started the car and lights were still on but we drove it for about 10 metres and the lights went out and havent come on since. Good to have my tracs back, not to mention the ABS ^^

I just got my ABS controller back from a guy in California who rebuilds. Will install it tonight. Cost me $140, includes shipping and insurance.
