hi guys this is my 2001 volvo c70 2.0lpt (manual) i have made some modifications on it :D

we bought a front mouth intercooler

then started to demount

port polish and port widening :D

the gauges mounted

the eqhaust is completely changed with 76 mm from the downpipe to the last blow off valve mounted iridium 4 pitch mkg's 550 cc incjectors and walbro fuel pump and jsv open air filter :D mounted

this is only the first operation next time the suspension system will fully changed with konis and h&r springs we are making some maps with smt6 and the car is now a real machine :D

WOW,

How much boost in BHP did you get? Post pics of a Dyno chart when you can. ^_^

I'm guessing you are pushing 350-400 hp now!

i was pushed 316 rwhp at 10 psi boost at 18.02.2006 too much things changed at that time now i think it is near to 450-500

i have burned my ecu while trying to make chip tuning by directly on eprom :) this was a bad idea i learned :) now i am waiting for my new stock ecu and this time i will try using the OBD port to make software tuning :) thanks everyone for ideas...

8 psi(0.5bar) da dyno sheet 1 (be careful about the date this is a old sheet because there is not a dyno can test hat power :( now i am using my car directly at 14 psi boost (~1bar) )
