I have an intermittent problem with the drivers seat belt. It won't pull out so I can use it. I have to play with it until it moves. I complained to Volvo, but they told me there was nothing they could do. It is a 2005 T5 AWD 6-speed manual

The car should still be under warranty, so suggest you put details of the fault in writing to the dealer & ensure you keep a copy. Might be worth stating that you feel this is a safety issue that a company (and its agents) that relies on the safety of its product to enhance its reputation should be taking more seriously than it has done to date. Maybe openly copy the letter to Customer Services Dept. at Volvo North America.
