Hi there , i'm new member of this forum from MALAYSIA ( South East Asia ) driving a year 2000 V 40 T 2.0 ( phase 1 model ) and i think this 163 hps model are diffent from the US but may similar to Euro model , brough it from used car dealer a year and half ago, still happy with engine performance but very unhappy on the Body trim especialy on the rubber part as the hot weather in my country turn the color of rubber to fate ,otherwise it is a wonderfull car.

Richard, regarding the fading of the rubber trim, I have read in the 850 forum that some members say they would rub the liquid shoe polish on the rubber parts and they look good!
