Please help. The fan wont stop even though the car has. I've disconnected the battery in desperation. It cuts in and out. Limited mechanical knowledge!!!

The most likely cause is either a short circuit or a faulty thermal switch in the side of the radiator.

Had to resort to a car electrical expert in the end. You were right, it was the thermal switch. Many Thanks. :57:
