I love my V50 ... I have the sports package with the 17" rims and I'm looking to get snow chains but the factory chains are so expensive ... why do they insist you must use their spyder chains?

I want to fit chains as well. I already have a pair of Weissenfels Klack n Go 9mm chains which will fit the 205/55-r16 tyres on my V50, and there appears to be enough clearance around and behind the front wheels to fit them. So, why should I fit the Volvo ones instead??
