I have a 94 volvo 960 that has been quite good to me until I got my volkswagon it's being mean to me! Well my car won't start it did one day and the next night it didn't! It's not the PNP because it turns it just won't start it's almost like it's getting choked. I am getting fuel to the rail and everything but it just won't start the RPM goes up a bit to about 500rpm but doesn't go higher! I am assuming it's a ignition problem because I checked the codes on the OBD1 and got nothing! I don't have a slot to diagnose my ignition is this normal? Any help would be much appreicated I love the car and this is really the first trouble I have had with it!

you prolly have a bad alternator

go buy or borrow a battery charger and charge the battery for about 2 hours and it should turn over
