"Service Transmission Required" is the message I got today on my 2000 S80 T6 with 130K. Just wanted to know if anyone may know what I may be in for??? I just had it flushed, conditioned, and fluid changed at the Volvo dealer a couple of months ago and now this! What am I in for now????

:cat: Hi there mikeys. From my experience with these things-sometimes the computer throws a hissy-fit and throws up everything. Get the agent to check the codes-but-I doubt that it is a major.

If it is working ok-the agent will probably just resit the computer for you.

Don't worry until you have to :)

Cool man thanks! I'm just one of those worry warts. My S80 has a tranny message, a SRS service urgent message, and security system service required all now on my car. I guess I will have it all checked out at one time. Hope I don't get a major $$ screwing! :thumbsup:
