Anyone needed to change sw for Volvo? I purchased my xc90 from U.S and soon I´m moving to Europe. There is couple of small things what I want to change in the vehicle, like FM radio. In U.S there is FM frequencies in 200 kHz intervals and in Europe FM frequencies has 100kHz separation ---> this means that in Europe my XC90 radio skips every second FM channel...
I asked from local Volvo dealer that are they able to download euro-SW to my vehicle before moving and they said that SW upgrade is not possible because they need to purchase a separate SW package. Is SW package vehicle specific as they said to me? So every vehicle has own SW, separated by VIN number and of course coutry specific issues included ???? :amen:
