My used 95 960 didn't come with an owner's manual. I am awaiting one from an ebay auction. But, can someone PLEASE tell me how the interior lights work???? It is driving me mad...When I open the doors, the interior lights in the front foot area light up, very elegant.

But, why the heck doesn't the main light come on? There are all these buttons, but I can't seem to get the lights to come one when a door is open or ajar. Help!!! And, the gear shift doesn't light up, so at night I can't tell if I am in Drive, Reverse or Neutral.

Does this sound like I need a re-visit to my trusted mechanic? I should just be patient for my owner's manual, but it's freaking bugging me, that I can't figure a simple thing like the interior lights of a car!!

Okay, I finally figured out the interior dome lights for the car. The buttons need to be pressed towards the rear of the car. And my mechanic says a lightbulb is missing in the shift gear, that's why it is not lighting up.

Hello

Does your main Dome light have an 8 second delay before it goes off - It's a useful feature but I tend to lock the thing then stand and wait till it shuts off - duh!

Regards

Jim
