Hi

I have a 2003 S60T5

Does anyone know if I can get it "chipped" here in malaysia - if so has anyone had this done - I would be inetrested in your experience

Hi kieran, some of our members in VOCM did chipping to their S60, be it 2.0T and T5. I also know a few who is using MTE tuning house.

However, if your car is still under warranty, I would advise you not to do it yet.

It is under warranty - for another year so probably a good idea to wait you are right.

I am interested to hear of the cost vs relative benefits/problems of doing this.......can anyone share?

BTW I have owned the car for a week only so still getting used to it - I have driven all sorts of cars including BM's and Merc - This one is just great.......still getting used to front wheel drive again and finding the 18" wheels a little awkward when parking. but otherwise just fabulous to drive.

I dont think so, the only new members driving S60 is vipers60, his is 2.0T.
