Hi jus a quick question my 440 failed the mot because the nearside head lamp is movin i opened the bonnet and found out that the adjuster for the head light is broken, is there any ways to quick fix it by maybe bolting it down or should i just get a new adjuster, if i do get 1 where is the best place to get 1 from.

Probably easiest to replace the entire headlamp unit. From memory, the 2 adjusters are integral to the unit.

Breaker's yard (they're online too nowadays), eBay or local paper should do the trick. Not sure, but appleman on this forum might be breaking a 440.

Once you've fitted the new unit, ask the MOT garage to re-align it - they have a machine to help them get it "spot on".
