Hi I've got my 05 v70 with it's hu-850 radio. The center dash has the aluminium
surround. Can someone explain how to get the radio out so i can install my Parrott Ck3100 car kit.

HI,

I've exactly the same problem. I tried to remove the aluminium trim but did not success
and did not want to damage a two day old car.
I was able to remove the small black cover in the lower section with a screwdriver though (this section is just below the aircond-unit). Under this cover I did not see any indications of how to proceed.
It seems that the latest generation of V70's has a different way to remove midlleconsole (in older versions there is apparently a pencil-clip under which one can find bolds/screws.

CAN ANY BODY HELP? :thumbsup:
