I have a 2003 V70 SE, with the HU-803 stereo. When I am listening to the radio (always on FM), I get electrical interference at low speeds. It sounds to me like it is linked to the car electronics, as if it is when the ABS is arming and disarming. The noise is quite high pitched steady buzzing, or short duration.

Whilst the noise is not loud, it is quite noticable, and detracts from the pleasure of such a good audio system. Is it just me?
